We prepare the Agreement between the spouses, submit it to the Court, and the Judge signs it. I can handle the process from beginning to end. (And I work with already divorced couples who want to stop fighting.) My role is also to calm the parties and give them hope for their future separate lives. Because the spouses work rationally together to reach agreement and move beyond emotion, the procedure takes much less time and is much more affordable.
